what Racing Tips do we have for each other for the coming season?
I'm sure that everyone found Mr Cox's advice invaluable last year, maybe he can update us on what he learnt in 2009?
For me.....
Time Trialling
Make sure you have tri bars and stay in them - always.
Make sure you have an aero helmet and forget about the fact that it makes you look like a bit of a *****.
Try to pace yourself and then forget about it once you realise you cannot.
Try to go off in front of Tim or George and see how long you can stay ahead
If your legs feel like they are going to cramp as you cross the line then you've probably done ok.
Road Racing
Don't get dropped
Don't get dropped
Don't lose 15 places before the final corner before the bunch sprint.
