Abergavenny RC is a rapidly expanding club. You may pass a fellow member on the road or trails, give a nod of recognition to the jersey but not have a clue about the individual wearing it. Here, we introduce a club member and ask them a few probing questions.

Number of years riding?
1 (since July '08) plus 3 about 20 years ago!
Favourite discipline?
Road Racing & Time Trialling.
What do you like about cycling?
The pain! And the fact that you can always train harder and have another go.
Best cycling moment?
Watching Greg Lemond winning 'le tour' in the late 80's (on TV) and watching Lance Armstrong mixing it with the best now (he's the same age as me).
Favourite music?
Nirvana and INXS (I think there's a link there?).
Favourite food and drink?
Not interested in food but Jack Daniels goes down a treat.
