Abergavenny RC is a rapidly expanding club. You may pass a fellow member on the road or trails, give a nod of recognition to the jersey but not have a clue about the individual wearing it. Here, we introduce a club member and ask them a few probing questions.

Number of years riding?
Rode with the club from 89 to 96, just starting back after 14 years off!
Favourite discipline?
Road.
What do you like about cycling?
Getting out in the fresh air and the camaraderie.
Best cycling moment?
Hurtling down Snae Fell in the Isle of Man on a closed road in Manx Week or winning the club junior road race title in 1990 (mainly by default!).
Favourite music?
Very mixed tastes.
Favourite food and drink?
Sausage casserole, Kronenbourg or Irish malt.
