Riding in the fantastic Welsh country side and the challenge to keep improving.

Winning a sprint for 3rd place and finally doing a 22 minute 10m TT.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Kasabian.
Favourite food and drink?
Got to be a good curry washed down with a few pints of lager.
